Overview

myrealtysales.com respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. This page describes our process for submitting and responding to such notices.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  1. Your identification — Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Description of the copyrighted work — A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if your claim covers multiple works, a representative list.
  3. Location of the infringing material — The URL(s) or other specific location(s) on this Site where the allegedly infringing material is located, with enough detail to allow us to locate it.
  4. Good-faith statement — A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to Send Notices

DMCA notices may be submitted via the contact form at myrealtysales.com/contact with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed from this Site in error, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include your contact information, a description of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

Property photographs displayed on this Site are either owned by Scott Ferguson, licensed through the MLS under applicable data sharing agreements, or used with permission of the listing agent. If you are a photographer or rights holder with a concern about specific imagery, please contact us directly.
